Using Dextape

Dextape publishes crypto news links, market data, education and research tools. You may read and share it for personal use. Publisher coverage belongs to its publisher and is linked to its source. Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, and do not use accounts to abuse alerts or other members.

Not investment advice

Nothing on Dextape is investment, legal or tax advice. Market data comes from third-party providers, can be delayed or wrong, and is shown with its source and read time. Alerts and the Dextape signal describe conditions and past data; they are not predictions or recommendations. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure. You can delete your account from your workspace settings; your alerts and inbox are deleted with it.

Dextape Pro

Pro costs $8 per month or $72 per year in US dollars, plus any tax shown at checkout. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; card payments are processed by Stripe and Dextape does not receive or store your card number. You can instead prepay a month or a year in USDC on Base or Ethereum: send the exact quoted amount, and Pro runs for the paid period without renewing. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so check the network, address and amount before sending.

Pro includes up to 100 active alerts, the alert types listed on the Pro page, a daily morning brief and 90 days of alert history. Alerts are checked on a schedule (currently every 10 minutes) and delivered on a best-effort basis; push delivery depends on your browser and device. We do not guarantee that any alert fires at a particular moment or price.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for; it then returns to Free and alerts beyond the free limit pause.

Refunds. If you were charged in error, or Pro did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it (USDC refunds go back to the sending address on the same network). We may also refund at our discretion in other cases.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays active while Stripe retries the card. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends.

Changes. If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal and the new price applies only from that renewal. You can cancel before it does.

Availability

We work to keep Dextape available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
