Refunds
Last updated November 7, 2026. Every refund goes back the way the money came: card payments through Stripe, USDC to the wallet it came from.
Dextape Pro
Pro costs $4.99 a month or $39 a year. If you were charged in error, or Pro did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded after the 14 days. A month or year prepaid in USDC is treated the same way.
Spotlight
We review every paid Spotlight by hand. If we decline it, the whole price is refunded. Once a Spotlight has started it is not refunded, except when we stop it early for a reason of our own (not a breach of the advertising terms): then we refund the unused hours, pro rata.
Verified dossiers
If we cannot confirm any of the links you submitted, the review is refunded in full. If we confirm at least one, the review is complete and is not refunded; links we could not confirm are left off.
Boost and other promoted placements
A placement that is declined before it starts is refunded in full. A placement removed because the token turned malicious, was flagged unsafe or broke the advertising terms is removed without a refund.
How USDC refunds work
A USDC refund is sent to the wallet it came from, on the same network, in USDC. We send the amount we received, including the few extra digits that identified your payment, and we pay the network fee. We cannot send a refund to a different wallet, because only the paying wallet proves who paid. A payment from a wallet that matches a sanctions list is held and reported as the law requires; it is not refunded.
How long it takes
We answer refund requests within two business days. Card refunds usually reach your statement 5 to 10 business days after we send them, depending on your bank. USDC refunds are sent within two business days of approval and arrive within minutes; we send you the transaction hash.
Asking for a refund
Contact us with your order link or the invoice number. If something went wrong with a card payment, please write to us before disputing it with your bank: a dispute freezes the order while the bank decides, and we can usually refund faster.
