Prices, payments, your account and data, and where the figures come from. Every answer is taken from the same numbers the site enforces.
Orders and payments
What is a Spotlight and what does it cost?
A Spotlight is a card in the Launches feed marked "Sponsored", shown as the third card on the first page and once per page after that. It runs for a fixed window at a flat price: $29 for 24 hours, $69 for 3 days, $129 for 7 days. Nobody bids, and at most 2 run at the same time. A Spotlight never changes where a drop sits in the feed, its numbers or its measured contract facts.
What does a Verified dossier cost, and what do I get?
A team pays for a person at Dextape to check its official links. You publish a short proof code on your website, X profile and Telegram, and we confirm each one. The dossier then lists the confirmed links, with the date, for one year, and says the team paid for the review. Turnaround is the price: $49 within 3 days, $99 within 24 hours. Links we cannot confirm are left off. Verified is not a rating, an audit or an endorsement; the measured facts and flags on the page do not change.
What does Dextape Pro cost and what is in it?
Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year in US dollars, plus any tax shown at checkout. It raises the limit from 5 to 100 active alerts, keeps 90 days of alert history instead of 14, and adds the morning brief. Every alert type works on the free plan; Pro adds capacity. News, launches, market files, tools and the learning center stay free.
How can I pay: card or USDC?
Cards are processed by Stripe; Dextape never receives or stores your card number. You can instead pay in USDC on Base or Ethereum: you are quoted an exact amount, send that amount to the Dextape address shown, and submit the transaction hash. For Pro, a USDC quote is valid for 24 hours and the payment prepays a month or a year that does not renew; your account shows its end date. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so check the network, address and amount before sending.
What do "paid" and "approved" mean on my order?
Every Spotlight and Verified order is reviewed by a person before it runs. "Waiting for payment" means we have your request but no payment yet. "Paid, waiting for review" means the payment arrived and the order is in the review queue; nothing is live yet. "Approved" means the review passed and the order is scheduled or live for its window. "Not accepted" means we declined it and a refund follows. "Expired" means the hold ran out before payment.
Why might an order not be accepted?
A token needs a DexScreener pair with at least $20,000 of liquidity, at least 6 hours of trading, and a GoPlus scan with no sell restrictions and tax at most 10%. The one line of text you supply is checked for links and promises of returns. Tokens with honeypot or blocked facts are refused. We can decline any order, and a declined order is refunded in full.
How do refunds work?
Spotlight and Verified: if we decline your order you are refunded in full, in the way you paid: card payments through Stripe, USDC back to the wallet it came from. If a Verified review confirms none of your links, the order is refunded. Pro: cancel any time from Account, Manage billing, and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged in error or Pro did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it; USDC refunds go back to the sending address on the same network.
Does Pro renew, and what happens if I cancel?
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. USDC payments are prepaid and do not renew. When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free and alerts beyond the free limit of 5 pause; nothing is deleted. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays active while Stripe retries the card; if the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends. If the price changes, we tell you before your next renewal and the new price applies only from that renewal.
Account and data
How do I sign in?
Go to the sign-in page. Depending on how Dextape is set up, you can continue with your email address, a password, Google or Apple. If you forgot your password, ask for a reset email from the sign-in page. Keep access to your email inbox secure: it is how your account is recovered.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Open Account, then Data & privacy, and choose Download your data. You get a JSON file with your profile, plan, alerts, watchlists and account activity. Secrets such as key hashes are never included.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account, then Data & privacy, type DELETE and choose Delete my account. This is permanent: your alerts, watchlists, positions, notification settings and plan record are erased. If you have Dextape Pro, deleting cancels it at once and any time left is not refunded. Receipts Stripe already sent you stay valid.
Which emails will I get, and how do I stop them?
Alerts and the morning brief reach you by browser push and, when email delivery is available, by email. Choose where under Account, Notifications. Push can also be turned off in your browser or on the alerts page.
What does Dextape store about me?
Without an account: your watchlist, theme and learning progress stay in your browser, and page views are counted with privacy-preserving analytics. With an account: your email address, your alert rules, fired alerts for up to 120 days and, if you enable push, the push endpoint your browser gives us. For Pro paid by card we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status and renewal date, never your card number. Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can answer them. We do not sell personal data and run no third-party advertising trackers.
Data and methods
Where do the figures come from?
Coin pages and alerts use CoinGecko market data, read on a schedule and shown with the provider and the time it was read. The Launches feed and token dossiers combine Dextape's own on-chain readings with GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, GoPlus and RugCheck, exactly the same for every drop whether or not it has paid for anything. Publisher coverage on the news wire is credited to, and linked to, its source.
How do I report an error or request a correction?
Send a correction through the contact form with the topic Corrections. Include the page URL, the claim you are questioning and any supporting primary evidence; when the item comes from the news wire, include the original publisher link. Published editorial changes carry a revision note, and the desk can withdraw a story that no longer meets its standards.
Which parts of Dextape are written with AI?
Automated wire takeaways and daily market reports are labelled as AI-assisted. A brief is written from the publisher's own article text and checked automatically before it appears: no long run of copied words, every figure present in the article, and no investment advice, price predictions or quotations. The daily report includes its market snapshot and sources, and its figures are checked against that snapshot. Dextape does not present generated copy as interviews or firsthand reporting.
Is any of this investment advice?
No. Dextape is an informational product. Market data comes from third-party providers, can be delayed or wrong, and is shown with its source and read time. Alerts and the Dextape signal describe conditions and past data; they are not predictions or recommendations. A Spotlight is a paid placement, not a recommendation. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Policies
What are the advertising rules?
Listings are never paid. Every paid placement is labelled: Spotlight cards say "Sponsored", display slots say "From Dextape" or "Advertisement", and exchange links say "Partner". Money cannot change where a drop appears, its numbers or its measured contract facts, and a buyer cannot edit them. Third-party ads run in a sandboxed frame with no account, watchlist or reading history passed to the network, and our pages set no advertising cookies. We do not accept ads for wallet-connect giveaways, guaranteed returns or cloud mining.
What is different for visitors in the United Kingdom?
Dextape does not show Spotlights or third-party crypto ads to visitors in the United Kingdom, in line with UK financial promotion rules; the same applies when we cannot tell where a visitor is. Exchange partner links send UK visitors to the exchange's homepage without a referral. Everything else on the site, including Pro, works the same.
What about sanctioned regions?
The United Kingdom rule above is the only country-specific rule Dextape applies to advertising itself. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which may decline a payment under its own checks; Dextape cannot override that. For a question about your region that this page does not answer, send a message through the contact form.
What is a Partner link on a coin page?
An exchange we have a partner agreement with may show a Sign up link marked Partner. If you open an account through it, Dextape may earn a commission. Partner status never changes which exchanges are listed, their order, or the reliability checks that hide weak pairs.
Contact
How do I reach Dextape?
Use the contact form and choose the topic closest to your question: Billing and orders, Account and alerts, Corrections, Advertising and partnerships or Something else. Every message is read by a person and answered by email, usually within two business days. Give the email address you want the reply at.
What should I include in a message?
For an order: the token name or your order's access link, how you paid, and the date. For Pro billing: the email on the account and the date of the charge; never send a full card number. For corrections: the page URL, the claim and your evidence. For a security report: what you found and how to reproduce it; we read these first.
