Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. Alerts tell you that a condition you chose was met. The Dextape signal summarizes momentum and where price sits in its historical range; it is not a forecast or a recommendation.
How fresh is the data?
Rules are checked every 10 minutes using CoinGecko market data that can lag the exchanges by a few minutes. If the data behind an asset is more than 15 minutes old, that check is skipped rather than risking a false alert.
How do alerts reach me?
Through browser push on each device where you enable it, and in the alerts inbox on the site. Email delivery for the morning brief is added when it is switched on for your account; we will not email you otherwise.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your first three price alerts keep running and the rest pause — nothing is deleted, so upgrading again picks up where you left off.
What if a payment fails?
Pro stays on while the card is retried, and the account page asks you to update it. If the retries run out, the account returns to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time from Manage billing. If you were charged in error or Pro did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
