How the desk works
Dextape reads public RSS from CryptoSlate, Decrypt, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, and other crypto rooms, then shows each story as a source-attributed preview — the headline, a short excerpt and a link to the full story on the publisher’s site. Market files use CoinGecko, with CoinMarketCap supporting selected quote coverage. Charts use available Binance, CoinGecko and on-chain market data. Odds come from Polymarket. Sentiment is alternative.me’s index, labeled as theirs. The full roster is on Desks.
We do not scrape paywalled HTML or invent copy to look busier. When CoinGecko or a feed is unavailable, the page says so. A dash is a missing print, not a zero.
