Terms
Advertising terms
Last updated November 7, 2026. These terms apply when you buy a paid placement on Dextape, alongside the general terms of use. The advertising policy explains the same rules for readers.
What you buy
A placement is a fixed slot for a fixed time at a listed price: a Spotlight card, a Verified dossier review, a Boost or another placement shown on the advertise page. Every placement is labelled as paid (“Sponsored” or “Promoted”) and can show who paid and how much. Money never buys a ranking: organic order, scores, measured contract facts and flags never change, and a placement is never a rating, an audit or an endorsement.
What we accept
A token must pass the checks shown at checkout, be actively traded and not be flagged unsafe. We do not accept presales, ICOs, anything sold as an investment, guaranteed returns, giveaways that ask for a wallet connection, or cloud mining. Paid crypto promotion is not shown to visitors in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 and allowed to buy advertising where you are.
Your content
The text and links you supply must be accurate, yours to use, and free of promises of profit. We may shorten or refuse a line that breaks these terms. You are responsible for your token’s own legal obligations, including any disclosure the law requires of you.
Review and start
A person reviews every paid order and may decline any of them; a declined order is refunded in full. We set the start time when we approve it. We may remove a running placement, without a refund, if the token turns malicious, is flagged unsafe or the order breaks these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay by card through Stripe, which keeps your card details, or in USDC on Base or Ethereum by sending the exact amount shown; a USDC payment counts once it is confirmed on-chain and you have pasted its transaction hash. No tax is charged on placements today; you are responsible for any tax due where you are.
Sanctions screening
We screen the wallet that pays against the US Treasury’s sanctions list (OFAC) and a public sanctions oracle before an order counts as paid. A payment from a listed wallet is held, nothing is delivered, and it is reported as the law requires; it is not refunded. You confirm that you are not a sanctioned person and are not paying for one.
Invoices
Every paid order has an invoice and receipt you can print or save as a PDF, linked from your order mail. It shows the order, the amount, how you paid, the transaction or payment reference, and any refund.
Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy: card refunds through Stripe, USDC refunds to the wallet the payment came from.
Liability
We work to deliver every placement as described but cannot promise uninterrupted service, clicks or results. If we fail to deliver a placement, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid for it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version shown when you paid applies to that order. Questions: contact us.
