Boeing, ServiceNow and Nebius Keep Their Stock Off ICE-OKX Token Venue, Lifting Objectors to 62
The venue's Nov. 4 notice adds Boeing, ServiceNow and Nebius Group to a list that already named Apple, Home Depot and GE Vernova, and the venture has yet to say when trading will start.

Dextape brief
Roughly 62 companies have asked that their stock stay off OKXICE TSV, the planned onchain venue owned by ICE and OKX, per a notice dated Nov. 4. Boeing, ServiceNow and Nebius Group are the newest names, joining Apple, The Home Depot and GE Vernova. Unchained counted 59 on Nov. 3, up from 56 on Nov. 2 and nine in mid-October. The notice gives no reasons. Lumida Wealth founder Ram Ahluwalia suggested issuers want to control their shares and know who holds them. Under an SEC exemptive order dated Sept. 17, a written objection made during the 30-day waiting period blocks a third-party token of a company's stock, and the venue must then publish a revised notice within five business days. The venue has not disclosed a launch date.
Why it matters: Growing objections show that issuers can keep their shares off a major planned tokenized stock venue, a factor for how onchain equity trading takes shape.
