Bitget Wallet Brings USD and EUR Virtual Accounts, Converting Traditional Payments to Stablecoins
Bitget Wallet caps USD deposits at $20,000 a month and says the product is not a bank account, with no cash withdrawals.

Dextape brief
Bitget Wallet has launched USD and EUR virtual accounts for its users, which the company said reach more than 100 million people. Each new account is assigned a personal account number in the chosen currency. Incoming bank transfers sent through ACH, Fedwire, SEPA or SWIFT are converted automatically into USDT or USDC within the self-custodial wallet. The service relies on a partnership with Noah, which provides stablecoin payments. Setting up an account costs nothing, but only incoming transfers are supported for now, and outbound transfers are planned for the coming months. USD deposits are limited to $10,000 per transaction and $20,000 monthly, according to the FAQ, while EUR deposits are capped at €15,000 and €30,000. The FAQ also says it does not function as a bank account.
Why it matters: It offers a route for freelancers and remittance recipients to receive US and EU bank transfers directly as stablecoins inside a self-custodial wallet.
